Amy Adkins hails from a corporate Human Resources background in Los Angeles. She fell down the HGTV rabbit hole and decided to study Interior Design, Real Estate and Real Estate Finance at UCLA during her evenings. When she and her family moved to Nashville almost 4 years ago, she quit HR and stumbled across a couple great opportunities to flex her new skills in the world of Design and Real Estate Investing and hasn't looked back.
In today's tight profit-margin market, multiple closings on a property may only serve to erode profits. Instead, Amy partnered with a Seller to increase the value of their property and profit.
