Marco Bario transitioned from a career in the Hollywood Film and Television Industry to become a full-time real estate and real estate note investor. Today he is President of Porch Swing Funding – a niche focused business allowing those owning seller-financed mortgage notes to sell their future payments for cash. Marco’s real estate path has included investing passively in commercial syndications, owning single-family rentals, and various strategies involving real estate notes.
His expertise includes:
*Out of state investing
*Investing in performing and non-performing senior and junior lien (seconds, thirds...) real estate notes
*Creating seller-financed notes
*Marketing directly to “mom and pop” seller-financed noteholders
*Creative financing strategies, including notes, partials, wraps and subject-to
*Using self-directed IRAs and solo 401(k)s for investing
