“How to use Cost Segregation to Save on Taxes” and “Bonus Appreciation”
Guest Speaker: Justin Gephart, a Tax Consultant with McGuire Sponsel who specializes in Cost Segregation.

What is  cost segregation and how does it work? When a property is purchased, not only does it include a building structure, but it also includes all of its interior and exterior components. On average, 20% to 40% of those components fall into tax categories that can be written off much quicker than the building structure. So how can you use this to your benefit? Find out at our new Multi Family Investing meeting!

This focus group meeting is for those interested in networking, education, or improving current performance within the multi-family space. Topics to be discussed will include current economic climate, finding deals, strategizing to increase value, cost segregation, increasing profitability through improved property management, syndicating a deal, and more.
