The house we'll be touring had an extensive fire that started in the attic. It caught on fire in the middle of the night and luckily the owners and their pets made it out safely. Unfortunately, it was a total loss. The entire roof system and several interior walls were destroyed, all the sheet rock had to be removed and all new electrical and plumbing was needed. This project is a massive renovation project but a great example on how to save a home that seems beyond repair.
