Andrew Favorito joined City Capital 1031 as Vice President and Senior Exchange Officer after more than 10 years in the hotel industry. As a General Manager of multiple Hilton properties, Andrew led his hotels to routinely achieve top positions in ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy reflected by STR reporting, while maintaining award-winning guest satisfaction scores. He brings extensive knowledge in the commercial arena especially as it applies to the hotel industry, helping clients meet their investment and tax goals. Andrew completed his undergraduate studies at Bowling Green State University in Ohio and graduate studies at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
