Jim Roberts has been an attorney for more than 25 years. He focuses mainly on creditor issues such as bankruptcy, collections, evictions, real estate and business related matters. He is a 1995 graduate of Vanderbilt Law School and the University of Virginias’ McIntire School of Business. Jim has been a real estate investor since 2005 owning residential, commercial and raw land in Nashville. Over the past year Jum has sold the the majority of his his Nashville holdings to start over investing in Dickson County where he now lives and practices law in a cabin on his recently purchased 130 acre farm.
