Have you noticed that it’s harder to find property values now than it was 2 years ago?

That’s because sales have slowed down a lot, which means fewer comps, which means that there are fewer comps—and that the comps that
are 3-6 months old are probably better than those that are a year old.

This is a dangerous time in the market, especially for flippers of ANY kind, because it’s SOOOO important to your profit that you get the value
right to begin with.

- What to do when there’s only “1 good comp” (that’s not enough!)
- How to adjust you offers to account for longer days on market
