Real estate investing covers a wide range of property types as investment opportunities. As many of our members are interested in commercial real estate as a vehicle to building wealth, our February speaker is:
Anne Williams, 2009-10 President & Co-Founder
Tennessee Self-Storage Association
Ms. Williams will share her knowledge of this specific investment type, as both a real estate broker and her previous hands-on experience working in that industry. This professional has been involved in the storage industry since 2000 working as a district manager for Storage USA/Extra Space Storage and most currently as a self-storage investment broker for Marcus & Millichap. She co-founded the TNSSA, served as Vice-President in 2008, President in 2009 and is currently serving as Treasurer.
